Every Limitless X draw uses cryptographically secure random number generation. Results are published with a SHA-256 verification hash so anyone can independently confirm the outcome was not tampered with.
In plain English — no computer science degree required.
When a competition closes, we take three pieces of information: the competition ID, the total number of entries, and the exact closing timestamp. We combine these into a single string called the "seed". This seed is locked before the draw happens — it cannot be changed afterwards.
We feed the seed into a Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator (CSPRNG). This is the same type of system used by banks and government security agencies. It produces a number that is mathematically unpredictable — no human can influence the outcome. That number selects the winning entry.
We then run the seed through SHA-256 — a one-way mathematical function that produces a unique 64-character "fingerprint" (called a hash). If even one character of the seed were different, the hash would be completely different. This hash is published publicly.
After the draw, we publish the seed and the hash. Anyone can take the seed, run it through SHA-256 themselves (using any free online tool), and confirm that the hash matches. If it matches, the draw was not tampered with. If it doesn't match, something went wrong — and everyone would know.
This is a test draw for system verification. When live competitions begin, real draw results will appear here with the same format.
