These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless X Competitions website ("Site") and your participation in any competitions ("Competitions") operated by Limitless X Competitions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15245251, with its registered address at Milburn House, 3 Oxford Street, Workington, Cumbria CA14 2AL.
By accessing this Site or entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or enter any Competition.

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity before awarding any prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age or identity may result in disqualification.
Each Competition is a skill-based competition designed to comply with the Gambling Act 2005. Entry requires the correct answer to a skill question. Only entries with a correct skill answer are eligible for the prize draw.
Each Competition has a maximum number of tickets available. Once all tickets are sold or the end date is reached, the Competition closes and a winner is drawn from all eligible entries using a provably fair random number generator (RNG). The draw process is independently verifiable.
Paid Entry
You may purchase tickets through the Site using a valid payment method. The price per ticket is displayed on each Competition page. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA), free entry is available for every Competition. You may enter for free by sending a handwritten postcard or letter to our registered address, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Free Entry — [Competition Name]". Free entries receive the same treatment and odds as paid entries. One free entry per person per Competition.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Once a ticket is purchased and the skill question has been answered, the entry is final and non-refundable unless the Competition is cancelled by us.
If a Competition is cancelled, all paid entrants will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 14 business days.
Prize details are described on each Competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 7 days of the draw using the contact details provided at registration.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or fails to provide satisfactory proof of identity and eligibility within 28 days, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.
Limitless X operates a unique annual player dividend model. 35% of net profits are distributed annually to eligible players, proportional to their total spend during the qualifying period. Dividends are calculated at the end of each financial year and distributed within 90 days.
Dividend payments are discretionary and subject to the company's financial performance. The 35% figure represents a target allocation, not a guaranteed return. Dividends are not a financial product and should not be treated as an investment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
While Limitless X competitions are skill-based and not classified as gambling, we are committed to responsible play. You may set deposit limits on your account at any time. If you feel you are spending more than you can afford, please contact [email protected] or visit BeGambleAware.org.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Limitless X Competitions Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless X Competitions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Competition. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Competition entry.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
