Legal & Compliance

Limitless X Competitions Ltd is committed to full legal compliance, transparency, and the protection of our customers. All policies below are effective from our launch date and are subject to periodic review.

Last updated: 22 February 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless X Competitions platform ("Platform"), operated by Limitless X Competitions Ltd, Company No. 15245251, registered in England & Wales. Registered address: 8 Vale View, St Bees, Cumbria CA27 0AZ. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter any competition on this Platform. By entering a competition, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Entries from persons under 18 or outside the UK will be void.

3. Competition Entry

All competitions on this Platform are prize competitions as defined under the Gambling Act 2005. Entry requires the successful completion of a genuine skill-based question. Competitions may be entered via:

  • Paid entry: Purchase of a competition ticket at the advertised price via our secure payment system (Stripe).
  • Free email entry: Submission of the correct answer to the skill-based maths question via email to [email protected]. Free entries receive the same odds and treatment as paid entries. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Skill-Based Questions

Every competition includes a genuine, non-trivial, multi-step mathematical question that must be answered correctly for the entry to be valid. This requirement applies equally to both paid and free entries. Questions are reviewed and approved by our legal advisors (Brockbanks Solicitors) to ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. Example format: "Calculate: (24 × 15) + (87 ÷ 3) - 42".

5. Free Entry Route — Equal Prominence

Free email entry available — same odds & treatment as paid entries. Submit correct maths answer to [email protected].

Free entries are processed with the same Random Number Generator (RNG) system and have identical odds of winning as paid entries. Free entrants must provide: their full name, email address, the competition ID, and the correct answer to the skill-based question. One free entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated.

6. Entry Limits & Spending Caps

Maximum entries per person are capped on every competition, as displayed on the competition page. In compliance with the DMCCA 2024 and the Voluntary Code (effective May 20, 2026), we implement configurable spending caps:

  • Daily limit: Configurable per user account.
  • Weekly limit: Configurable per user account.
  • Monthly limit: Configurable per user account.

Users may adjust their spending limits at any time via their account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7. Draw Process

Winners are selected using a certified, tamper-proof Random Number Generator (RNG) with cryptographic seeding. All draws are conducted with full audit trails, timestamped logs, and independent verification. Draw results are publicly verifiable. Live video recording of draws will be available from launch.

8. Prize Delivery

In compliance with the DMCCA 2024, all prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw date. Property prizes are renovated by Revelation Renovations and transferred via solicitor-managed conveyancing. Vehicle prizes are delivered from The Car Vault Lillyhall with full documentation. Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer within 14 business days.

9. Customer Dividend Programme

Limitless X returns 70% of net profits (after prize costs, running costs, and capital outflow) to the community through our loyalty dividend programme. This rate starts at 70% from launch, with plans to increase to 90% when business viability is proven and professional sign-off (solicitor + accountant) is obtained. Dividends are distributed as store credit, cashback, or rewards as detailed on our Dividends page.

10. Refund Policy

Once a competition entry has been submitted and the skill question answered, the entry is final and non-refundable. If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, all paid entries will be refunded in full within 14 business days. If a competition does not reach its minimum ticket threshold, the operator may extend the draw date or cancel and refund all entries.

11. Bee in a Box Ltd

Bee in a Box Ltd is a separate limited company from Limitless X Competitions Ltd. The "A Bee in a Box" competition is hosted on the Limitless X platform, but all revenue from this competition goes directly to Bee in a Box Ltd for community building projects. Bee in a Box competitions are excluded from the Limitless X dividend scheme and excluded from the referral programme.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Limitless X Competitions Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. 13. Limitation of Liability

Limitless X Competitions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for competition entries in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
